Commercial restoration service tech is responsible for responding to commercial emergencies on an on call call emergency basis. Emergency Restoration tech should have reliable transportation, own basic tools, have flexibility on  scheduling and have some commercial construction and restoration knowledge. Must be able to work with a team and take direction. The tech is the backbone of the restoration company and our success for getting the disaster resolved and restored quickly depends on you.

The restoration project manager is based regionally and travels as needed to disaster recovery and emergency restoration locations. The primary responsibilities of the restoration project manager are to oversee emergency restoration projects from start to completion. On spot decision making skills are a must. The project manager will ensure that every detail of the project is completed on time and on budget. Ensures that all equipment and emergency service personnel are on site at their scheduled time. Supervises the day to day details of the disaster recovery project and ensures that all work is being completed to specs. Other duties will be assigned. Compensation for travel will be made for non local site work. Hotel and other accommodations will be made for any over night restoration work. Salary is paid based on experience and bonuses are very achievable.

The Business Development position is a remote sales and lead generating position that works remotely. The primary responsibilities of this position will be sales and marketing. Cold calling skills are a must. This position is responsible for the future of our business. This position is paid based on an outstanding commission structure. Training and other resources will be provided. Experience in marketing and business development are preferred but not required. Must be professional on the phone. Some face to face meetings may be necessary. Pay for this position is based on completion of individual restoration contract. Water damage mitigation tech is a member of our rapid response emergency crew. This position is responsible for the quick response to emergency water damage restoration and recovery. The water damage mitigation tech reports directly to the Emergency Restoration Project manager on emergency calls and is expected to work well with team members as well as work well alone when called to a restoration project to work alone. Water mitigation tech should know the basics of the water mitigation and building restoration processes, Position requires emergency restoration tech to travel. A valid license and clean driving record required. 

Water Damage Mitigation services personnel enjoy great pay and other benefits such as fuel reimbursement, paid hotels on overnight restoration projects. 

Water damage restoration tech should possess ​CURRENT IICRC cetification.    A minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance services, water damage mitigation, building restoration or related field preferred but not required. Bachelors degree in maintenance, engineering or structural equivalent preferred or a combination of disaster recovery and education. Contact us for an application.

Restoration contractors and sub-contractors are called in to complete many restoration and build-out projects such as painting, flooring installations, drywall installation, drywall repair, and even large commercial remodeling. Contracting Companies service many different metro areas for many of the contractor services offered by Cox Maintenance Services. 

Restoration Contractors will generally place bids on commercial remodeling projects, but many of the contractors for Cox Maintenance Services know that they are paid well and there isn't always a need to bid on a job.  Some of out clients require us to get many bids before remodeling begins.

Restoration Contractors are responsible for having their own insurance carrying a minimum of their respective state minimum coverage. Before work can be passed to any restoration contractor, all insurance forms must be submitted and approved. 

All state licensing and certifications must be submitted and approved before Cox Maintenance Services Company may distribute any contractor service to any contractor. NOVA Facility Services will verify all certification and licenses.

Although initial licenses will be verified by NOVA, it is the responsibility of the restoration contractor to ensure that his/her respective restoration company is in compliance with the respective state and local guidelines for certification and license. 

Restoration Contractors will also sign a hold harmless statement with NOVA Facilities Maintenance Services in the instance there are mishaps, the restoration contractor/ sub-contractor agrees that he/she will file claims through their respective insurance company and satisfy all legal obligations without involving NOVA Facilities Maintenance Services LLC.
